I’ve been working on “Interventions”, a new solo show to debut at Les Rencontres de la photographie, Arles in July. This is a new chapter of my ongoing work on the anti-colonial war in Malaya, focused on my reinterpretations of the colonial representation of this war and its participants.
Excited to debut it at Arles, in an installation curated with Sam I-shan. I will have another solo show of this work in the Fall in Berlin. Grateful for the resumption of art world events in the flesh, and to everyone working very hard to make them happen.
